By paying the invoice, the buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
DISCLAIMER: TO THE GREATEST EXTENT APPLICABLE BY LAW, THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE TO DETERMINE PRODUCT OR PART FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, USE, AND INSTALLATION. AIR COMMAND INTERNATIONAL, LLC AND SKYWHEELS, LLC MAKE NO GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY, EITHER IMPLIED OR EXPRESSED, AS TO THE PRODUCTS DISTRIBUTED BY US AND ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM SUCH USE.
Any check returned unpaid by our bank for any reason will result in a $35.00 charge, plus any additional fees.
Shipping: CIP (Carriage & Insurance Prepaid)
Shipping business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.
Once receipt of payment is confirmed, in-stock products are released for shipment typically within one to five business days. However, sometimes the number of days is extended due to product being out-of-stock, manufacturing schedules or custom orders. Shipping estimates will be provided for out-of-stock items or custom orders.
The shipment tracking number is emailed for every order. Products are insured for the purchase value of the items contained in the shipment. Any extra insurance is at the customer's expense, which must be known at the time of the order.
Individual manufacturers have the sole responsibility in performing their warranties.
Product Returns and Refunds
We want customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Our refund policy gives the buyer 30-days from the date of shipment or in-person pick up the opportunity to either exchange, receive store credit, or get a full or partial refund. Custom fabricated or special-order parts and products are nonrefundable. We reserve the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee to recover lost costs, e.g., credit card or processing fees and labor.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, if so enclosed. Additionally, Skywheels rotor blades may have been installed and used, but the customer must provide in writing if the rotor blades accrued flight hours and, if so, the total number of flight hours. The customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. Upon receipt, we reserve the right to inspect the product to comply with our Refund Policy and reject returns and refunds.

Enclose a copy of the original invoice with the return. Keep the original invoice for your records.
State and Import Tax
Retail products picked up at our office or shipped to an address in Wisconsin will include sales tax. Retail products shipped to an address outside of Wisconsin, to include all international sales, will not include sales tax or import fees. It is the buyer's responsibility to report and pay taxes and fees as required by law.
Governing Law and Venue
The purchase of products or services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin and be venued in the County of Pierce, Wisconsin.
