The rotor blade crate comes in two lengths:

(1) The 12.5-ft. crate is used for rotor blades that are 11, 11.5, and 12 feet long.

(2) The 13.5-ft. crate is used for rotor blades that are 12.5 and 13 feet long.

Each crate securely holds two rotor blades. A full-length foam airfoil is used between the rotor blades, as well as foam lines the interior of the crate.

Construction is superior with the crate nailed, glued, and screwed. Spring tension butterfly twist handles allow for easy open and close to secure the top to the base, while preserving the crate for many years of repeated use. Best of all, no wood screws are used to secure the top, avoiding use of a screw gun and saving you time.

A clear protective coat is applied to both the outside and inside of the crate to protect it against outside elements during transportation and inside hangar or garage storage.  The crate should never be stored outside in the harsh elements.

A final touch was added with the addition of two sturdy rolling casters at one end, and at the other end an easy lift metal handle.  One person can easily move the crate!
