About Air Command

Air Command International started in 1979 and its first flight was in April 1984.

With over 2,500 of its production gyroplane kits sold worldwide, Air Command is the longest running gyroplane company in the United States.

About Skywheels

Skywheels quickly became the leading rotor blade system for kit-built gyroplanes. From 1985 until 2001, over 3,000 blade sets were delivered. In 2001, Skywheels was sold and for two-years made rotors and then went dormant.

In 2018, Skywheels, LLC, acquired the original tooling to again manufacture 23- to 29-foot rotor blade sets.
