Business days are Monday through Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.

Once receipt of payment is confirmed, in-stock products are released for shipment typically within one to five business days. However, sometimes the number of days is extended due to product being out-of-stock, manufacturing schedules or custom orders. Shipping estimates will be provided for out-of-stock items or custom orders.

The shipment tracking number is emailed for every order. Products are insured for the purchase value of the items contained in the shipment. Any extra insurance is at the customer's expense, which must be known at the time of the order.

The customer is expected to inspect received packages and merchandise at the time of delivery. Report damage believed to be caused during shipment immediately to the carrier or delivery representative. For signed deliveries, open and inspect the package or crate for product damage PRIOR TO SIGNING for acceptance of the delivery.  Once signed, it is too late to file a damage claim.


We want customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Our refund policy gives customers 30-days from the date of delivery, or date of of purchase if received in-person, to either exchange, receive store credit, or get a full or partial refund. Custom fabricated parts are nonrefundable.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, if so enclosed. Additionally, Skywheels rotor blades may have been installed and used, but the customer must provide in writing if the rotor blades accrued flight hours and, if so, the number of flight hours. Upon receipt of product, Air Command International and Skywheels reserves the right to inspect product for compliance with this policy and reject returns and refunds.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We suggest paying additional fees to track the shipment and appropriate insurance coverage in case of damage or loss.

Air Command International, LLC and Skywheels, LLC makes no warranty as to products distributed by us, express or implied, including without limitation any warranties for merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We will pass on all warranties made by a manufacturer, who has the sole responsibility for performing such warranties. The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or property arising from the design, manufacture and testing of its products, and we accept no liability for such damages.

Skywheels Lifetime Warranty

Your continued confidence and enjoyment of our Skywheels Rotor Blade System is of importance to us. If at any time and for any reason you feel you would like your rotor system inspected, static or chord balanced or tracked, we will be happy to professionally perform any or all of these services for you free of charge. You simply need to arrange for delivery to us and subsequent return to you of your blade system. This service is offered for the life of the Skywheels rotor system and it does not matter how or from whom you acquired your rotor blades.

Sales and Import Tax

The customer is individually responsible for any sales tax (except for Wisconsin sales which tax will be added to all purchases), for international shipping costs, tariffs, valued added tax, other taxes or any additional costs. We will do our best to inform the customer in advance of any additional costs to manage expectations.

Privacy Statement

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.  In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.

How do you get my consent? When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?
